Core Facilities Building
Our Core Facilities Building was the first one to be built with Stage 1 officially opened in 2004 and the Stage 2 extension completed in 2005.
This building offers a range of flexible commercial and laboratory space – from small offices of 20m2 to larger spaces of up to 500m2.
The central ‘Street’ area houses an upmarket café, shared reception space, and casual ‘break out’ areas for staff and visitors alike. It offers three private meeting rooms that may be used free of charge by tenants, and larger open spaces which are perfect for hosting business presentations and social or networking functions.
With high speed internet connections, state of the art server capacity and an on-site IT specialist, the Core Facilities Building offers your business the very best IT platform you will find.

TetraPak Building
This is the Park's second building with construction completed in August 2009. We are pleased to welcome TetraPak to the Park as the anchor tenant and they also have naming rights to the building. This provides three levels of office space totalling just under 3200m2 - with some of that commercial space still available to rent.
This development has been built to achieve 4 Star Green Certification - Waikato Innovation Park is building a sustainable long term future for its tenants.

Concept Plans - Pilot Scale Manufacturing / Warehousing
Concept plans have been drawn for a pilot-scale manufacturing or warehouse operation. Waikato Innovation Park would welcome interest from those businesses that are operating in the Agri-biotechnology sector.
These plans show a central office area flanked on each side by warehouse space. This particular concept could house two separate operations, or be scaled to suit the needs of your business.
